About Nozaki Island

 

Nozaki Island has limited access
By public transportation, Nozaki Island can only be accessed via Ojika Island. Take ferry from mainland Kyushu or from the Goto Islands, then change to Ojika’s town-run boat Hamayu.
Hamayu goes to Nozaki Island twice a day.

Its timetable may vary depending on the season, however. Please make sure to double-check the departure times with Ojika’s tourism office when planning your trip.

      Arriving on Ojika Island at 4:40
      -Use the nap room inside the ferry terminal to catch up on sleep.
      6：30-Visit Ojika Island Tourism office located inside the ferry terminal to receive a visitor's pass as well as all the necessary information. Complete your payment if applicable.
      -You can leave your baggage at Ojika Island Tourism office while you are on Nozaki Island.
