ABOUT
Kayak to a remote beach and help us remove the sea debris from Ojika’s coast.
Traveling to Ojika Island you expect to see beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear sea waters. The disappointment comes when you realize that the natural beauty of Ojika’s coast is covered in trash, washed ashore from China, Korea, and mainland Japan.
We offer a unique activity for all Mother Nature lovers that combines sea kayaking and beach clean-up. We will kayak to a remote beach that cannot be reached on foot. There, we will try to clean up as much of the sea debris as possible and bring it back to the public beach where it can be disposed of.

IMPORTANT
Prevent heat stroke by wearing lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing, and a wide-brimmed hat. Use sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or more. Drink extra fluid.
The tour may be canceled in case of bad weather or windy conditions.
WHAT TO WEAR
Please prepare clothing that can get wet and does not expose skin. Please wear long-sleeved tops and bottoms if possible as well as marine shoes.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring water, a towel, a change of clothes, a hat and sunscreen for protection from the sun. In early spring and early fall, a windbreaker or other warm clothing is useful.
