On Ojika Island, you will find that every wharf in the vicinity is filled with locals, trying to catch their dinner. Join them for a rewarding first-time fishing experience. You will be fishing using sabiki (flasher rig) for Japanese horse mackerel. This style of fishing is very easy and even beginners can enjoy themselves. Your instructor, a local otosan (father in Japanese), will be by your side the whole time, making sure you are doing okay.
